I Met Andrea 4 years ago when I bought my first property in US. I live in Brazil and she was the person who helped my with all details for the purchase. She was always sending me pictures, videos of the house, observing carefully all the finishings, sending me news about the neighbourhood and many  important actions that made me look for her when I wanted to buy my second property.
